Welcome to my family history website

The idea behind this website is to gather, store and share research of my family history.

The title of the site is named after my paternal Great Grandmother, Rose Ann Godwin, daughter of Charles Godwin (1820-1868) and Rose Ann Aldred (1826-1901).

So far –  Relatives have been assisting me on this journey with photos, stories, reminiscences, newspaper articles, interviews etc to make this site as interesting as possible.

The website is very much a work in progress and I will keep adding information as I receive it.  If you have any information, photos, stories etc. that you feel would benefit the site (which would be much appreciated) then please do not hesitate to contact me.
